She kept poison in a hollow in one of her back teeth. It required intention as well as grinding down on the tooth with sufficient force.

It was fast-acting poison, but Auror Lestrange's bezoar must have been quicker still.

A lesson to the rest of us.

There are no absolutely unstoppable ways to suicide.
