They're Death Eaters, Albus. They didn't go and take the Mark to keep Hogwarts safe like Minerva. They joined on their own.

And what's this 'return' he's talking about? When's that going to happen? And what does he expect us to do when he decides to provide his leadership again, hm? If it's more orders like this - well.
